Langbaai is one of the many beaches that can be reached via the cliff path. This long and secluded cove is considered to be the 'secret' beach of Hermanus. There are quite a few steps to get to the beach, which can make access tricky for elderly people and those with small children and lots of beach gear. In summer it is a popular evening picnic spot, and it’s also great for a quick swim while walking the cliff path – but be aware, the current between the rocks can be dangerous.
