Not long after receiving their first two cheetahs in 1994 the Emdoneni Cat Rehabilitation Centre was started. Here you are treated to an intimate guided tour where you will be able to experience and engage with South Africa’s endangered wild cats such as the cheetah and lynx. The cheetah is said to be the most exclusive and unique member of the cat family and is of course the fastest animal in the world.

There is a wealth of interesting information given during the tour of the centre, and visitors may observe feedings every afternoon. All the cats found here need special care as they have either been orphaned or harmed. To help save these magnificent creatures you can join the Adopt A Cat Project in order to help raise funds.
