This reserve has a massive variety of wildlife on show, such as the white and black rhino, giraffe, black eagles and warthog. It is also home to the oldest rock formations in the world, which date back some 3000 million years.

Many activities are offered at the reserve, including 4x4 trails and drives, which take place in open-air vehicles during the day and night. Alternatively, visitors can use their own vehicles on one of the self-guide auto trails. Other activities and attractions include self-guide walking trails, guided walks and picnic spots.
