This is a popular swimming beach with gentle and calm waves. It is found at the southern end of the Esplanada in the Quigney area of East London.
Facilities and attractions include a fun water slide for the kids with 2 swimming pools, changing facilities, refreshment kiosk and a large lawn area for family picnics. There are many local shops nearby.
Life guards are on duty.
