Enjoy a day trip to the Magaliesburg Region on a heritage locomotive. After the 2 ½ hour scenic trip, passengers can enjoy a picnic right next to the historic Magalies train station, or make use of the many braai areas. Browse the various antique stores and pop into the candle dipping store or stroll on down to the beautiful Magalies River.

The return journey is the highlight of the day with steep gradients and sharp curves as the train climbs from Magaliesburg to Krugersdorp.
