Housed in the South African Museum at the top of the Company’s Gardens in Cape Town, this magical attraction promises to unveil the wonders of the universe. Inside the domed auditorium the night sky is re-created – such a magnificent sight.

There are a variety of shows on offer, including ones especially for the kids. The planetarium is also home to a meteorite exhibition.

Shows change throughout the year, with a special children’s programme usually coinciding with school holidays.
