Polkadraai Stawberry Farm near Stellenbosch promises a super fun day out for family and friends. This Stellenbosch farm is all about conserving the local environment and their aim is to grow and deliver the best quality strawberries at all times. The farm is open daily from 9am – 5pm and strawberry picking can be enjoyed between 9am – 4pm during the months of October to December.

Just arrive at the farm, buy a container and get picking. Prices are :

Junior Picker (approximately 800g) R25, Harvester (approximately 1.3kgs) R40, Professional (approximately 4.5kgs) R120, Ultimate Picker (approximately 6.5kgs) R170. Kids under 3 years of age enter for free. Group bookings welcome.

Guests can also enjoy the Polkadraai Farmstall which holds an extensive range of dried fruits, nuts, jams, preserves, biltong, wine and lots more.

Tip: wear comfy shoes and bring along sunscreen and a hat.
