This beautiful coastal nature reserve is located just east of Hermanus and covers about 4300 ha. It is a picturesque and pristine area with an abundance of coastal and marine life. It is also a great area for land-based whale watching.

There are a variety of hiking trails to enjoy within the reserve, other activities include bird-watching, angling, swimming and picnicking.

The reserve is open daily from 07h00 – 19h00.

Conservation fee: R40 per adult and R30 per child.
