The picturesque town of Langebaan is located 120kms from Cape Town on the West Coast. Langebaan is known for its strong winds and rain in winter which contrasts with its still, tranquil summer days when the water glistens off of the calm Lagoon. The protected Langebaan lagoon is part of the West Coast National Park, and a prime location for all forms of water sports and birding.

From July to September the landscape surrounding the small town transforms into a magnificent garden bursting with wild flowers. Over the winter to spring months visitors may be treated to sightings of Southern Right Whales just off the coast.
