This apartment is luxury and has excellent finishes and modern furniture. It is on the 7th floor with magnificent sea and mountain views. Ideal for business people, honeymooners or holidaymakers who prefer only the best.
It is open-plan with a large lounge/dining/kitchen area. There is one bedroom ensuite with a comfortable queen bed and in the bathroom are 2 showers, one bath, toilet, bidet, basin and heater.
There is one more separate guest toilet with washbasin. Quality linen and towels/beach towels are provided. The lounge area has a sleeper couch with 3/4 mattress and topper. This apartment sleeps 3 people comfortably. The lounge has a 50" smartTV, premium DSTV, radio/CD player, fast fibre line with Wi-Fi, safe, leather recliner chairs and heater and fans. The Cherrywood kitchen is fully equipped with granite tops and separate scullery with dishwasher.
There is a laundry on the ground floor and swimming pool, barbeque and drying yard on the second floor. A car wash facility is also on the ground floor. The free allocated indoor garage parking bay is on the second floor.
