From the hand-picked interior pieces that reveal a delightful quirkiness, to the beautiful artworks, books, games (and even an electric piano) for your home entertainment, it's perfect for the discerning guest.
Located within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront shopping precinct and a variety of popular beachfront restaurants, staying in is also an option as the apartment's open plan kitchen-dining-lounge area boasts large sliding windows that invite the outside in. Surrounded by sea and mountain views, think of a holiday rhythm that is set by the changing light of the rising or setting sun, by the ebb and flow of the ocean, and from watching the passing ships – and every so often dolphins, whales and local surfers – in the ocean less than 20m away.
Lounge includes: 3-seater couch, chair, plasma TV, satellite TV with full channels, Apple TV, Soundbar, window seating and sea views. Dining has an 8-seater table and sea views. Study is equipped with an electronic piano and sea views. Kitchen includes: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fully fitted, Nespresso machine, open plan and sea views. Scullery has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 consists of a queen size bed, underfloor heating, fan, digital safe, ensuite with shower, bath, double basin and heated towel rails. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed can be made up as twins on request, fan, views towards Green Point Common and Stadium. It has a dedicated bathroom with shower and bath.
Apartment on 4th floor and not child friendly with Wi-Fi uncapped and included in the rate. There is a dedicated parking bay in underground parking garage. It is a security building and additional slamlock security gate.
Please note:
* Housekeeping not included but can be arranged at additional cost. Any cleaning requests would require at least 24-hour notice to arrange. The cleaning service does not extend to personal laundry and cooking. Should this be required, this is at your own risk, and please arrange directly with the housekeeper at an agreed rate.
* There is a minimum stay policy of 3 nights during the year and 7 nights in December-January peak period.
* The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. If it has not been paid by the required date, we shall be entitled to cancel your booking and retain deposit.
* If your booking is only made within four weeks of your arrival, you will be required to pay the full rental payment at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
* We require a 10% security or breakage deposit. The security deposit will be held against the cost of any damage to the property or its contents. This deposit will be refunded to you 3 days after departure.
* We will try to accommodate requests for early check-in or late departure but this cannot be guaranteed. Management may ask for an additional fee. If important to you, please request this prior to booking. There will be a fee should your arrival be after 19h00 and your departure before 07h00 - this payable, in cash, to the person who will be checking you into the property.
* Guests staying with children do so at their own risk.
* The telephone in the apartment can be used to make local calls and receive calls.
* Under no circumstance may the total number of people sleeping on the property exceed the maximum number stipulated. We are entitled to request you and your party to vacate the property if this rule is not complied with.
* It is unacceptable to make excessive noise between 23h00 and 07h00, and will not be tolerated as this property is in a quiet residential area. You will be asked to sign a Noise Control Agreement prior to check in at the apartment.
* This is a non-smoking property. Should you smoke inside, your breakage deposit will cover all charges for the cleansing company. Should we not have enough time to clean before the next arrival, you will also be charged for any refunds we have to give.
* All exteriors doors and windows are to be closed every time the property is left unoccupied or when retiring for the night. Should there be a burglary and the doors have not been locked, you will be held responsible for all replacement and repair costs. Due to high velocity winds and unexpected rain, it is imperative that the glass windows are secured properly when retiring or when leaving the premises.
