Affordable breakaway in the heart of the bushveld! Wake up to the call of the Fish Eagles, hear the lion roar at night and be blessed with a sighting of our resident bush babies.
This is Marloth Park, with only the Crocodile River separating you from Kruger National Park.
A tranquil and unforgettable experience where wildlife roam free. Regular visits are made to our home by countless Zebra, Kudu, Impala, Giraffe, Warthog and even the shy bushbuck. A bird lover’s paradise with more than 300 species identified!
A 4 minute walk down Maroela road will take you to Henk van Rooyen Park where there is a public swimming pool, kiosk and restaurant that overlooks the Crocodile River.
The house, surrounded by parkland, consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. 2 Bedrooms are furnished with double beds and have ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a bunker bed. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery & crockery including fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. Linen is provided just bring your own towels.
The house has a lovely veranda that overlooks the pond that is frequently visited by wildlife. The deck overlooks the bush, parkland and the pond. There is shaded parking for 2 vehicles and 24hr security to the home is provided by a local security company based in Marloth Park.
A pub and restaurant with big screen TV, take away restaurant, petrol station, bakery, butcher, bottle store and several other shops are along Olifants Drive.

|Directions: From Johannesburg, take the N4 Highway to Witbank. Pass through Toll Plaza and continue on the N4 straight to Nelspruit. Pass Nelspruit and continue on the N4 to Malelaan, there will be another Toll Plaza just before Malelaan. Once through Malelaan continue on the N4 through Hectorspruit, which will be approximately 17km from Malelaan. Once you pass Hectorspruit, 10km later you will see a sign for Marloth Park on the left. Turn left and proceed on a dust road for 5km to the entrance of the park. Continue on Olifant Road until you find the first shops on your right, pick up the keys at Field Security.
Turn back on Olifant Road as if you are driving back to the gate. Pass several gravel roads until you find Maroela Road which is tarred. (There is a sign board showing the Municipality offices.) Turn right into Maroela, go over one gravel road and number 558 is the next property on your left.

BUSH BABY EDEN
Mrs Serfontein 09 April 2013 Bush baby Eden we enjoyed our stay there. We saw a lot of animals and was surprise by the lots of animals that was on a regular base at the house. First time that we see bushbaby’s. The house is located at a good spot will book again at bushbaby.
It was nice and quiet, the kids love it, and it was only us, nature and the good creation of our father in heaven.
