We are situated in the up market suburb of Kloof en Dal with the Kloof en Dal nature reserve forming our back fence. Lovely views from our lapa overlooking the reserve, braai facilities and koi ponds make for a very relaxing stay.
Guided educational or self walk in the 100 ha. reserve. Mountain reedbuck, duiker, dassis, guinea fowl, bird watching from our lapa or bird hide in reserve.
Because we are a small establishment Bart & Christa can really pamper you and make you feel home. Homely hospitality and hearty home cooked meals. |

| For those who are more interested in the countryside around Johannesburg than the city itself, At The View is ideal. The house is right next to a small nature reserve with walking trails and on the way to the Cradle of Mankind. Accommodation is in a spacious home. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and lapa (which overlooks the reserve). Bart and Christa are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to help their guests enjoy their stay in the area with helpful hints on where to go and the best way to get to your destination. The breakfasts are ample and geared to individual requests. I would recommend also joining them for dinner as you feel as though you are eating with friends. |

Just what I needed, a time out the fast lights and pace of young and youthful living, something natural or at least convincing to my mind that I'm in such a surrounding- Natural, relaxing and chilled out.
