Apartment 14, Herschel Court, is a sunny, spacious and beautifully furnished studio apartment in a lovely Art Deco building in the heart of the vibrant suburb of Claremont. The apartment caters for the business person, tourist or traveller, for a maximum of two people.
The large bedroom has a queen-size bed and lounge ensuite with a flat screen TV.
On the enclosed balcony, there is a sleeper couch which sleeps one person comfortably. All linen is provided. There is a dining room table on the sunny balcony which can also be used as a desk.
DSTV (limited package) and Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini oven and grill and microwave. There is a full fridge with freezer. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a spacious shower with lots of hot water and fluffy towels for your use.
There is a walk-in dressing area with plenty of storage for clothes and a suitcase.
The apartment is close to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre with restaurants, cinemas and a variety of shops right on your doorstep. The M3 highway close by gives you easy access to all major tourist attractions.
Groote Schuur Hospital and the Red Cross Children's Hospital are close by as well as the Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals. The Cape Fertility Clinic is an easy walk from the apartment.
The famous Newlands Rugby and Cricket stadium are also within walking distance of the apartment should you want to go and watch any cricket or rugby games whilst in Cape Town.
The apartment is safe and secure and has its own allocated parking bay.

Description:
The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with a lovely lounge ensuite. Beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings add warmth to the room. There is a custom made dressing table and pedestals and very comfortable lounge furniture. DSTV compact bouquet is provided which can be watched either from the bed or from the lounge area.
The main lounge is situated in the bedroom area but there is plenty of space with comfortable seating.
Off the lounge is a separate dining-room with a couch that converts to a double sleeper couch. This area can be closed off from the main bedroom.
The sleeper couch has also been custom made and fits two people very comfortably.
All the beds are made up with lovely linen and are extremely comfortable.
There is an extra charge per person per night on the sleeper couch.
