Little Sanctuary nestles in the heart of the Montagu Mountains, a few kilometres from the centre of town, adjacent to the famous hot springs. Set in 10 acres of unspoilt beauty, it is secluded & extremely private. Offering self-catering accommodation in 4 Luxury Units and our Eagle's Nest Cottage.
Our luxury units consist of a fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge, sumptuous bedroom and a bathroom with a spa bath and steam shower.
Our Eagle's Nest Cottage is small, but it packs a punch, especially when it comes to the view. It features an open-plan bedroom with a small seating/eating area, kitchenette and a compact bathroom with a shower. Linen and towels are provided.
Eagle's Nest is also located next to one of two beautiful pools on the property. It is perfect for those who want to commune with nature, yet enjoy some luxury at the same time. The TV only has SABC channels available. Popular as a romantic getaway, Little Sanctuary has seen no less than 10 proposals! Little Sanctuary is an affordable, but still luxurious, honeymoon destination. If it is your honeymoon or anniversary please don't forget to let us know, as after all, both are a special occasion and we would like to make it even more special.
In-Room facilities include: TV with DSTV, linen and towels, tea/coffee making facilities and mosquito nets. Please let us know whether you wish us to stock any beverages, wine or snacks before your arrival. This would be for your account.
Establishment facilities include: In our hot summer months choose between our two private pools, both of which have spectacular views of the valley, so take a bottle of sparkling wine or a cocktail to enjoy while taking a dip. Or, in winter you will find the famous Hot Springs a mere two minute walk away from your unit. A laundry service is available for long stays.
The area behind the property is a proclaimed mountain reserve with many miles of well-kept walking trails, as well as many species of birdlife, small game and a very large selection of wild flowers and indigenous herbs.
