Situated in the village of Sedgefield, midway between Knysna and George and in the heart of the Garden Route. Your hosts Andy and Christine have lived in the area for over 20 years and can offer all the local knowledge you require.
Bird Cottage is spacious and comfortable with all mod-cons inc. washing machine. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a lounge/diningroom with a sleeper couch, serving area and a kitchen. The cottage offers off-street parking, a private garden and barbecue.
Guinea Room Suite is a large comfortable room with en- suite bathroom, double bed, sleeper couch and also fully self catering with off-street parking. Ideal for an overnight stop.

| We were very pleased with the accommodation. Homely, relaxing, modern, spacious and clean. The owners were very friendly to us. Even our kids loved the place. We would go back anytime and even refer friends & family. |

| We had a very friendly welcome from Chris, and settled in to our comfortable room. Bird Cottage is in a very quiet area, and is a pleasant, gentle walk from the water's edge. The room was tastefully decorated, with everything that we required for a short self-catering stay. When we found that the fan in the room didn't work, Andy immediately fixed the problem - we got the impression that nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Chris. The GPS co-ordinates on the Bird Cottage website were very useful. All in all, it was a very good experience, and we would certainly return if needing accommodation in the Sedgefield area. |
