"I have never been to Tau before but had heard some great things from friends and colleagues. I had been looking for something a bit more elderly friendly as my parents are in their eighties, there are pathways all around Tau which helps with mobility and it is a level area with minimal steps. They even assisted us with a wheel chair. The staff were also excellent and assisted us where ever they could. From helping my parents in and out of the ranger’s trucks to making sure all pre drive drinks and snacks were on the lower level of the main lodges viewing platform to the water hole. We were also upgraded to a family room so that my sister would be able to assist my parents at no extra cost. The chef even cooked a special dinner for my Mum. The lodges themselves are nicely situated around a water hole. All in all we had a lovely time saw loads of game and were looked after extremely well. The staff I would rate as excellent. "
