B&B@t 53 offers Home from home affordable accommodation. Our establishment is neat and clean, and offers excellent value for money and great hospitality. Our guests who keep returning time after time are testimony to this.
We offer De Luxe Air Conditioned fully equipped Self catering cottages situated away from the main house offering great privacy.
We also have Double or Twin bedrooms in the main house with en suite bathrooms/showers.
Our De Luxe equipped caravans for backpackers, hikers and sporting groups or long distance drivers and are ideal for those on a tight budget.
We must stress that we are NOT a Caravan Park.
We have the following facilities:

A shared en suite shower basin and toilet is provided, but sometimes needs to be shared with other guests which can also access the shower via a separate entrance. The room has a bar fridge and kettle with tea / coffee tray provided.

WAVERLEY COURT MANSIONS SITUATED IN A BLOCK OF FLATS OPPOSITE THE B&B. This flat consists of 2 x double bed bedrooms, and one Room with a Double BUNK style bed. The apartment has one full bathroom with bath toilet and shower, and then another bathroom with Shower & toilet only. A fully equipped and functional kitchen with fridge / stove & micro wave. There is a lounge dining room as well, and there are TV's in Lounge and both of the double rooms, but no MNET or SAT TV only SABC channels. There are 2 Carports for vehicle parking and parking is secured and behind remote gates.

| Our stay in Charlie's Cabin at B&B at 53 was very comfortable. The directions to the B&B were very explicit. We had a secure parking spot, wireless internet connection, and stayed in a "cabin" with a kitchenette that was very well supplied with cooking and dining equipment for self-catering. Our hosts had coffee and tea making supplies, breakfast rusks, and a small carton of milk laid out for us. The fruit -- bananas and pears -- along with the complimentary glass of port were welcome treats. A good visit. We definitely would return and will recommend this B & B to our friends. |

Ein nettes Plätzchen in Bloemfontein. Ich wohnte während der WM für 5 Tage in " Antonys Cottage" Nr.1 . Der Besitzer Tony Mitchel gab sich alle Mühe den Kurztrip zum Erfolg werden zu lassen. Ob Ratschläge, Taxidienste und nicht zu letzt , das hervoragende Frühstück ließen die kleinen Mängel schnell vergessen lassen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

A nice little place in Bloemfontein. I stayed at B & B @53 during the World Cup for five days. The owner Tony Mitchell did his best to make our short trip successful. Whether it be advice, taxi services, and last but not least, the breakfast. I would come back at any time.
