Tsalanang Township Bed&Breakfast is located in the township of Stormsriver Village. Owner Geraldine, her dutch husband and her 2 kids inhabit the guesthouse and let you feel at home in a humble family environment. As being an extended government house with only 3 rooms, it's small but complete, we're boasting to give personal attention and supply all the extra services, straight from the heart.
The package of staying over includes a 1 1/2 hour walking tour, Geraldine's personalized journey which gives a true insight into rural township life in South Africa. The guided walk is also offered to non guests, at a rate of R50 per person.
The B&B is filled with hand crafted furniture and tries to sell these and other local crafts products as well, trying to help the community to benefit from it's guests. Tsalanang Township Bed&Breakfast is more than just a guesthouse or a night's sleep. We're offering a not to be missed opportunity to experience the vibe of township life. |

A surprise to stay in a township, May 27 2010

| Nice stay, nice room, lovely people. It was an experience to stay and to see how livee in a township. We thank Geraldine for the tour around the towship. It was something special for us. We are happy that we were there. We spend some time in the "kroeg" where we played at the pool table. |

| Tsalanang B&B is one of those gems you could hardly accept to have missed. Geraldine warmly welcomed us and her attempt to do her best are both successful and from the heart. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The food is home made. The highlight is the visit to the township with Geraldine, one of the trustworthy people in the community, guiding you around. Her project is ambitious and she deserves the success. Tsalanang B&B is one of those uncommon places you must not miss. |

| Tsalanang Township Bed&Breakfast is right at the beginning of the township. From the N2 take the Stormsriver Village turn off. Drive along the road and turn right at the stop sign, into Darnell Street. Go left after 1000m and 4 crossings. The (green and blue coloured) house, nr 252, is situated on your right. |
