This B & B is situated in the northern suburbs of Bloemfontein. It is 7 minutes away from Medi-Clinic, the University of the Free State, Mimosa Mall and Loch Logan Waterfront.
It offers three luxurious rooms, a kitchenette come dining room and double amenities. A large patio is available for barbecues.
Most suitable for families, sport teams and groups attending conferences in the city. A continental self-help breakfast is served. All rooms have M-Net, DSTV, a fan and heater. | We had a very pleasant stay at Cabaya Guesthouse. Service was exceptional, the room and bathroom were nice and spotless. The owners actually took the time to drive into town in order for us to follow them in our car, as the directions were complicated! Not much "living" space, but very nice overall. Breakfast was also delicious and expertly prepared. If England hadn't lost to Germany earlier on, it would have been a perfect day! |

| We had a wonderful time at Cabaya Guesthouse. The welcome was warm, there was everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely Father's day breakfast with all the things that my husband could want food wise. The room heating was lovely. |
