Can accommodate max 10 people. Three ensuite twin rooms. Two with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed. Self-catering facilities on hand in the communal kitchen area. Bathrooms adapted to support people with assisted living needs and physical disabilities. Also one Family Room and one Double Room. Both with outside entrances and semi-self-catering. Family Room best suited to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. It has a double bed and a bunk bed. We also have a family flat with three bedrooms - all en suite and private kitchen/dinner area. Rooms provide comfortable accommodation for business travellers, sports people and tourists, but also for families over weekends. Also very suitable for a small group 'get-together.'
Ingredients for a continental self help breakfast included. Braai facilities available. Serviced daily.
Secured parking under shade net in safe suburb in close proximity of N1 Freeway.
5 km's from Free State Stadium, shopping centres, waterfront, hospitals and major sporting venues. |

Management very friendly and business like. Rooms very small and a bit cramped.
Suggest existing parking area be covered in to enable outdoor braai in bad weather, or just to socialise with other people staying there.
Would recommend Duinerus B & B for overnight stays but not longer. |
