The spiral staircase was not enjoyable for me and we stayed on the 2nd floor. Getting to and from the room was a dizzying experience.

We noted when we arrived that the ashtray allowed for the room on the balcony hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. Just small things that could have improved our stay. Otherwise the staff that served us in the dinning room were excellent and friendly. The front desk manager could've been a little more personable perhaps by asking how I stay was when we checked out. But that's not something that wouldn't make me return. I would return but the bedding and towels need to be updated and clean."
