The Porcupine trail is lovely to walk- good shoes necessary and some minor inclines.

We bought a number of their olive products in the shop.

The guest house even prepared their braai facilities for our use, with well prepared food and attention to detail on our second night.

On request we received a packed breakfast for an early morning game drive into the Karoo National Park.

Although this is a working farm we didn't have any disturbance from any of the farm workers during our stay. If you do stay at this farm, do buy some of their great produce. In my opinion their olives and olive oil taste better then the products you buy at Woolworths.

I would recommend to anyone making the trip from the Cape back to Johannesburg to stop over in Beaufort West, but don't stay in the town. "
