Charltonland is situated in the sought after area of Oceanview, within the suburb of the Bluff, Durban and overlooks the beach as well as the golf course.

Unit 1
This spacious 63sqm, air conditioned one bedroom unit features an ensuite bathroom, open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter. The unit offers full DSTV and Wi-Fi (50mbs). Although a couple is perfect, we can accommodate an extra single bed in the lounge. There is secure parking on the premise outside the unit.

Unit 2
This is a very large (156sqm) unit that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge , open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This unit also has full DSTV and awesome sea -views. Both units have access to a separate laundry room and clothesline for the longer stays.
The Bluff has an abundance of great attractions in and around the area for guests to explore, such as the Bayhead Natural Heritage Site, the Bluff National Golf Club (600m down the road) and outstanding beaches. (800m) away.
