"The room I was booked in was perfect - clean, spacious with everything in place. I got clean towels everyday which was a bonus. However, one negative point is the entry/exit situation. The gate is not remote controlled (padlock only) which resulted that I, as the guest (and at my cost), had to phone reception every time I want to leave and or enter the premises.

Perhaps this guesthouse should re-think this method as I believe this manner of entering/exit will eventually make guests think twice to return."

There is a wonderful outdoor patio with bar, TV, tables, and grill where we hung out, had coffee, and soaked up the Jo'burg sunshine. Breakfast was delicious and included eggs anyway you like them, bacon, tomato, toast, cheese, yogurt, granola, and fruit. There was plenty of juice, coffee, and tea as well. The refrigerator in the room was stocked with juice and water. Though we were only there for one night and one day, the experience was quite lovely and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering an overnight stay in Johannesburg!"
