Thank you for your review and positive feedback.You booked suite 4 online, without discussing room options with me first. Had you mentioned that you had mobility issues, I would have recommended that you rather book one of our ground floor or wheelchair friendly suites. Suite 4 is our family suite and because it is situated in the garden, it is suitable for families who like privacy and a private garden for their children to play in.With regard to our driveway being steep, by Umhlanga standards, it is not at all steep and we furthermore have no problems with the ingress and egress of motor vehicles.Kind regards,Janine"

Right there we regreted not having booked Chartwell for all three nights. uMhlanga is a clean and wonderful neighbourhood, we felt safe and welcome.

"We received a warm welcome and were quickly settled into our very pleasant accommodation. Although we were only there for one night it would make an excellent base for a longer stay as there is a lovely pool and garden with sun loungers. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast before departing."
