"Not much except some wear and tear"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Awesome view. The staff at the restaurant, bar and Stan were very friendly and helpfull. The problems we experienced with decoder were sorted first thing in the morning - Thnx to Stan and the guy at the bar who rapported it.

Could not say the same of the ladies working at reception. On arrival they were not very friendly and did not great at all. We didn't feel welcome and wondered what our stay would be like if this is the welcome clients receive on arrival. Stan and another guy helped us with our luggage and showed us the way and chatted along and really changed our bad experience into a positive one. The ladies at the restaurant during the week and over the weekend were great and the food was very nice. Also on departurewe had excellent service when we signed out. Thanks to everyone who turned our initial bad experience into a positive and awesome stay.

"Yes, we had a wonderful stay. We were particularly impressed at the spaciousness, including the balconies, and the fact that there was crockery and cutlery for 12 (would usually be 4 sets), which reduced the need to continually wash up and enabled us to entertain friends.
