"My boyfriend and I had a one night stay passing by on our way back to Cape Town. We were welcomed by the owners, Luc and Hilde. They were very friendly, helpful and so pleasant to be around. Our room was on the outside of the house, which had its own private entrance. It was very private and the room was clean, neat and luxurious. We arrived late the afternoon, had a swim just before dinner with a bottle of MCC that we brought with from Rosendal Winery. The pool area had a such a tranquil atmosphere.

We enjoyed a 3-course dinner (rack of lamb =main course) that Hilde prepared for us and Luc hosted. A lovely wine was served with dinner, the food was well prepared and tasteful.

A champagne hot/cold breakfast was served the following morning and once again this meal was superb. The staff were very friendly and well trained.

We had such a lovely tranquil experience and enjoyed this last night of rest before returning to work. Just the way we wanted to end our holiday, thanks Luc and Hilde!"
