This beautiful manor house with her rich history is certainly the best kept secret destination on the Lower South Coast. Time has stood still here for more than a Century. The House is set on her own small Nature Reserve nestled in tall indigenous coastal forest adjacent to the mighty Umzimkulu River with a view of the Indian Ocean in the distance. Royston Hall is a stately old Victorian Lady from a bygone era lovingly restored to her former glory as a home with historical interest.

Our Guesthouse facility comprises beautifully appointed Rooms in order to guarantee your privacy. Come and spend a night or however long it takes for you to revitalise your body and soul in this tranquil setting. Reserve our elegant Honeymoon Suite in which to create loving memories for life.

Enjoy Champagne Breakfast in bed or in front of the fire. Breakfast can be served on the lawn overlooking the valley outside your suite. You may want to relax in the pool and be served a leisurely breakfast on the Victorian veranda with a bird's eye view over the Umzimkulu River and be accompanied by the cry of the Fish Eagles. Many species of birds might join you for their own breakfast by feeding in the Fig Trees around the swimming pool.

"Beautiful and exclusive accomodation, close to the beach and walking trails down to the river if that's your thing. Breakfast served on the veranda at your own private table with attention to every detail. Fireplace in the honeymoon suite created a sensational atmoshpere. We were able to enjoy privacy, as well as enjoying the company of our hosts and other guests in the lounge and TV room of the main residence when we felt like it. This is not a place for kiddies and makes for a relaxing and truly memorable retreat."
