Attracting over 30 000 cyclists, this popular event is suitable for both young and old. All those taking part are encouraged to do so for a purpose, whether it be to raise funds for a charity, to honour the memory of a loved one or just in support of a good cause.
There are ample water points along the trail where medical support from Netcare911 can also be found.
Spectators are encouraged to line the sidewalks of the closed roads and cheer on these passionate cyclists.
