There are a wide variety of 4x4 routes at Bonani varying in grade from 3 to 5, with 3 being suited to most vehicles with low range gears. The trails also vary in landscape from mountainous terrain going into the Drakensberg, as well as dongas and river routes. In total the routes are about 50 kilometres long making for a great day adventuring in a 4x4.

Bonani Wild and Wonderful is a must see for all nature lovers as it boasts exquisite scenery and is home to 360 bird species as well as 17 species of game.
