Champagne ValleyThis Bird of Prey Centre offers visitors a chance to see the great African falcons up close with public shows taking place every day except Friday. Watch these magnificent birds of prey stretch their wings and take to the air in a wonderful setting surrounded by the Drakensberg Mountains. The birds perform a number of aerial acrobatics before returning to the falconer as they sweep low over the crowd.
The Falcon Ridge Bird of Prey Centre is dedicated to the welfare of these birds and they have rehabilitation programmes for injured birds of prey. These programmes are funded by the shows. Eagles and owls are also on display at Falcon Ridge.
