The lush green forests of the Garden Route – the origin of the name of the region – are home to some truly spectacular scenery and are ideal for outdoor activities. The Hakerville Cycle Routes are situated in the Hakerville forest between Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. There are 4 colour coded routes catering for the beginner to the more advanced mountain biker. Each route is circular, and begins at Garden of Eden on the N2. The difficulty level is moderate to hard. In some sections the pathway is shared by hikers.

Yellow Route: 14km, +-1 1/4hours; Blue Route: 12km, +- 1 1/2hours; Green Route: 15km, +-2 1/4hours; Red Route: 24km, 3-5hours.
