Botsalano Game Reserve

Central Region

This 5800 ha reserve lies 18 km north of the Ramatlabama border post on the Botswana border.

The weather here is mostly mild to hot, however winter nights can become extremely cold.

The reserve is home to about 2000 animals and over 200 bird species. It is also home to one of the oldest volcanic craters in the world.

Activities include game drives and bird watching. This area is one of the greatest breeding grounds for white rhino and antelope.

Accommodation is available should you want to stay overnight.
