These great white dunes range from 20 to 60 metres high and are surrounded by deep red Kalahari sand and the spectacular Langberg Mountain Range.

This scenic and serene area is home to more than 170 bird species including the pygmy falcon, sociable weaver, kori bustard, secretary bird and 3 species of sandgrouse. It is also home to a great variety of wildlife including gemsbok, springbok, red hartebeest, duiker, streenbok, meerkat, porcupine, aardvark, cape fox and the spring hare.

Facilities include a 4-star conference facility, picnic sites, lapa’s, swimming pool and a kiosk full of crafts and snacks. Activities to enjoy here comprise of hiking trails, dune boarding, biking, guided tours and bird watching.
