"What a fantastic place for sleep-over on the way to the Kruger Park. The rooms are small but clean and have all the features for a comfortable stay. The hosts and staff go out of their way to make the experience one to remember. The history and historic buildings, old photos, stories of ghosts etc makes for great memories. With a current population of seven Leydsdorp must be the smallest city in the world.Yes, Paul Kruger declared it a city to legalise documents signed there on his regular visits. Although we did not have time you can also visit old mine-shafts or go on a game drive. It also has a well-stocked bar where you can mingle with the local farmers over a cold one. We will definitely make this our regular stopover on the way to the park."
