"Firstly, the welcoming was just so warm...from the entrance to the reception. The rules were explained thoroughly and were adhered to. The staff were so friendly and helpful to the fact that whenever we needed assistance, they were always willing to assist. The place was so peaceful and tidy. The place was just so convenient, from food to snacks and beverages. Most of all, what you see on the internet is what you get and my biggest highlights was that African touch on the decor, free wi-fi and the mini bar in the chalet."
