Description:
Stay in this lovely three bedroom family apartment overlooking Sunrise Beach in Muizenberg, Cape Town. This six sleeper apartment is in close proximity to Muizenberg centre and across the road from the beach. Perfect for the larger family, this apartment offers great comfort at affordable rates and a great location.
| Our apartments are fully serviced once a week, including a change of linen and towels. We supply two sets of towels for bookings in excess of 3 nights. We also supply bath soaps; toilet paper; dishwashing liquid; dishwasher tablets [for those apartments with dishwashers]; salt and pepper; plus a beverage welcome pack of sugar, milk, tea and ground coffee.
Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. | Please note that parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10pm (22h00) till 6am (06h00) and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
An airport transfer to the property is available at an additional fee of R650 plus luggage costs if a trailer needs to be hired.
Late arrivals are allowed by prior arrangement only.

The furniture and mist appliances need rechecking most stuff is outdated, toaster and mop really need changing as we needed to use those regularly and had to buy our own mop to survive in our 7 day stay. Reception was poor on our day one we had to stay with friends till late afternoon as no one was answering calls on the number allocated on email. I personally feel the front part of the apartments needs refurbishing paint us dull but in general I enjoyed staying there if they can fix the few items. I liked the location of the apartment and the size, thanks!"
