"When you’re on the road as much as we are you get to see the worst of the guest house industry. What a refreshing change then to come across a jewel such as this. We were treated like royalty. Being on the road half the year eating restaurant food day after day, it came as a shock when the owners did a traditional braai to make home feel a bit closer. The rooms are immaculate, the food was out of this world (try the Lamb you will gladly drive the 700 odd kilometres just for a bite). Rarely can I recommend a place with such confidence. If there was a sixth star for going above and beyond they would deserve it over and over."
