Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa with delightfully refurbished rooms that speak of elegance, romance, style and service. Privately owned guest house offering a very romantic and individual experience of Bed & Breakfast with a lawned area and swimming pool. Art work and sculptures abound through the garden and into the individual rooms.
From the Ancestor purported to be fabricated from the wing of a Citroen car that was shown in the 1939 French Expo show to the Derrière that stands adjacent to the front door, carved from Zimbabwe wood.
A newly furnished and decorated Garden Spa at the premises.
In-room facilities: Swimming towels, room heaters during the winter season, mosquito nets, airconditioners in all rooms, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, DSTV, bath salts and soap manufactured and labeled specially for Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa.
Establishment facilities: Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa, a place where relaxing is the driving force albeit sun bathing/swimming in the pool or dreaming whilst watching the yachts and hot air balloons sailing by. For the more adventurous there is a huge choice of activities in the surrounding area. However, if you are very fortunate you may even catch sight of a wedding ceremony taking place down on the Dam Oewerclub or paragliders being shuffled along on the wind like seed heads.
Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa is situated close to the Hartbeespoort dam in the Magaliesberg mountain range, there is an abundance of activities available which include game drives, walking trails, guided Anglo-Boer history tours, craft markets, horse-riding, bird-watching, tennis, bowls and two excellent golf courses. The famous De Wildt Cheetah breeding farm is situated on the northern slopes of the Magaliesberg, and a Cape Vulture colony may be seen on the southern cliff face.
The gourmet breakfast, one of the highlights of the weekend, is prepared, cooked and served by the owner and staff, with every day being a new experience, from the freshly squeezed orange juice, to the eggs, one day fried another day scrambled or poached. The specialty of the house is the scrambled eggs prepared with love, and Annie’s secret ingredients.
