The guest house offers six luxury rooms of which five has its own private patio and breath-taking sea views. Characterised by its magnificent location, casual elegance and warm hospitality, our guesthouse guarantees a truly memorable West Coast experience.
We offer six beautifully appointed rooms with all the modern amenities for your comfort. Each room is stylishly decorated with ensuite bathrooms. Five of the rooms boasts their own private patios with splendid views of the beach and ocean. All rooms include DSTV, mini fridge, coffee & tea facilities, hair dryer, beach & bath towels, lock-up safe, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.
The guest house also offers private access to the beach. Guests can further marvel in a delectable breakfast in our light and airy breakfast room, curl up in front of the fireplace in the lounge or enjoy the unbroken sea view in the outside sitting area.
Please note:
* No pets allowed
* Check-in: 14h00 - 17:00. Check-out: 11h00. Unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement.
* Linhof Boutique Guest House reserves the right to cancel & refund accommodation for reasons beyond our control and not due to our negligence.
* Minimum of 2 nights stay, minimum stay of 3 nights during high season.
* No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance has been paid prior to or on arrival.
* Guests are expected to look after keys responsibly. A charge will be made for lost keys. Guests must hand in their keys at the Reception before departing.
* No parties of any sort (Bachelor/ette, birthday etc.) are permitted at our facilities.
* No smoking is permitted in the rooms. In case of noncompliance, we reserve the right to charge an extra night's stay for cleaning and airing the room. Burn damages to linen, carpets, etc. will carry a charge. We have designated smoking areas outside.
* All cars are parked at owner’s risk.
* If we suffer damages to items belonging to the Guesthouse due to wilful negligence or deliberate misuse resulting in a replacement, cleaning, repair being carried out - we reserve the right to charge for all and any costs incurred by charging the credit card given to secure the booking, without prior consent being required.
* Guests have access to the guesthouse at all times upon obtaining your keys. However, as a courtesy to other guests, no disturbance or loud noise from 22h00.
* Safeguarding valuables is the guests' responsibility. Lock up safe is available.
* Please note that items left behind by the guest must be collected or arrangements made for delivery at guests' own cost within one month of departure. Thereafter all goods will be donated to a worthy cause at the discretion of Linhof Boutique Guest House, as we do not have the storage facilities for keeping goods indefinitely.
