The cottage is completely separated from main house, with its own private entrance and undercover parking.
Being walking distance from the MyCiti bus terminal, Restaurants, shopping Centres, and other activities makes this location extremely central and conveniently located. Main bedroom is fitted with queen size bed and built in floor to ceiling cupboards. The bathroom has a shower and the basin has a cabinet for storage of toiletries. There is also an additional storage cupboard in the passage.
Kitchen is fully equipped including all pots, pans, cutlery and crockery as well as brand new appliances. Includes free uncapped Wi-Fi and DSTV (full package).
This cottage offers a spacious lounge area complete with a custom-made sleep sofa which extends into a queen size bed, which allows for an additional 2 people (optional). The sliding door opens off the lounge to the spacious outside areas which comes furnished with a 5-seater outside dinning lounge set and barbecue facilities. This area allows for undercover parking and is secured with electric fencing.
