Brown's Cabin and Cottages are situated on a pecan nut farm in Scheerpoort, situated in the North West region of South Africa. Minutes away from Hartbeespoort Dam, this area is sought after for weekend getaways for those treasured moments of tranquillity and relaxation.
These self-catering units all have uninterrupted views of the magnificent Magaliesberg Mountain range. We also supply accommodation for guests attending one of the many weddings that take place in popular venues situated nearby (Red Ivory, Greenleaves and Leopard Lodge).
There are a variety of activities in the area such as hot air ballooning, walks with elephants, game drives, horse riding, restaurants, Van Gaalens cheese farm nearby, as well as African Curio Markets and art galleries. There is also a spa (The Cradle Health Spa) on the adjacent property offering many services such as luxurious spa treatments, spa facilities and various medical services.
Situated approximately 1 hour from Oliver Tambo International Airport and 20 minutes from Lanseria Airport.

My son has already referred Brown's to his friends because it is a quick getaway from Johannesburg but more because of the service and hospitality.
