Footprints of Knysna is a professional yet homely accommodation option with a "feel good" atmosphere and high levels of care and comfort. . All accommodation has self-catering options and each apartment/studio has views of the garden, Knysna lagoon and dramatic Knysna Heads. This quaint and quirky establishment with its sloping slate roof and dormer windows offers a relaxed environment.
All accommodation has full ensuite bathrooms, private decks with Braai, DSTV Hotel package, air-conditioning/fans, heaters, kitchen or kitchenette and access to our large secluded garden and sparkling pool. Each unit has an individual decor, colour and style. There is secure parking and free Wi-Fi in all rooms which are serviced and non-smoking.
“Heads Up” – upper level apartment:
A spacious and stylish apartment with a nautical feel - open plan lounge/fully equipped kitchen/dining room with pull out bed. Separate bedroom with queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Private entrance and balcony with amazing views.
“Down to Earth” lower level apartment – Family room (4 sleeper):
A bright, practical and unpretentious apartment with full en-suite bathroom . The lounge/bedroom area is open plan with king size or twin beds/ double bunk and DSTV Hotel package together with inter-leading fully equipped kitchen/dining area.
A private covered deck with kettle braai leading to the garden.
“Featherbed” Studio” Double:
A romantic, colourful and quirky upper level loft-type studio with kitchenette/dining area and views over the Knysna Lagoon. This love nest boasts a bedroom with queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Private deck. Air-conditioning/Heating and TV.
Footprints of Knysna is set away from the N2 highway but located just a five minute drive from Knysna’s bustling town, vibrant waterfront, architect-inspired Thesen Harbour Town and peaceful Leisure Isle. An eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, galleries and activities awaits the curious traveller. Surrounded by beaches, lakes, mountains and cool green forests – Knysna is an ideal base to explore both locally and further afield.
