"Peace and tranquility"

"Ooh yes I enjoyed myself. Peace and tranquillity was the most important aspect of my stay. You guys are in town and yet so out of town. I was in Room 1 the door leading to the veranda was not working, so small things like those will hamper your standard. However I will give you 10 out of 10."
