Pleasant Waters Accommodation and Conference Venue is ideal for businesses with commitments in South Durban and harbour. It is owner managed. Self-catering and meal options [packed breakfast and/ or lunch and supper]. We can accommodates 50 guests.
In-Room facilities include: serviced daily, linen, DSTV hotel package, fans or air-con option, Wi-Fi, communal or ensuite bathroom facility and communal or self-contained kitchen option.
Establishment facilities include: ample parking, lovely surrounds, conference facility, pool with braai entertainment area, communal hall with darts, snooker, free Wi-Fi & TV, dining room and catering by arrangement.
House Rules:
* Please show respect to all members of staff, other guests and our neighbours. Irresponsible and inconsiderate behaviour will not be tolerated.
* No acts of aggressive behaviour will be condoned to any members of staff or other residents, whether verbal or physical.
* Residents are to be dressed appropriately at all times.
* Children must be supervised by their parents at all times during their stay on the premises.
* No pets allowed.
* Absolutely no illegal substances or alcohol is permitted on the premises.
* Visitors are permitted to visit the campus daily until 21h00. No unauthorized visitors are permitted in the rooms or to sleep over. A charge will be levied for authorized visitors who stay over.
* Visitors are allowed in common [hall/ braai area] only.
* The kitchen area of main building is totally out-of bounds. All the crockery, utensils and other items in the kitchen area are the property of the lodge and are not to be removed from the dining area under any circumstances.
* Any person caught stealing will be charged and asked to leave.
* All entertainment and dining area furniture is property of the Lodge and must not be removed from the designated areas.
* No person is allowed to enter another person’s room/ living area without permission.
* Smoking in rooms or hall is prohibited. Music must be played with respect and consideration of other guests.
* No loud music.
* Poor housekeeping and unhygienic living environment is non-negotiable.
* Residents will be held responsible for deliberate damage to fixtures & fitting.
* Residents are liable for the conduct of their visitors.
* The owners and management will not tolerate any acts that would affect the cleanliness of the swimming pool for other guests. Showers are provided next to the swimming pool. Under no circumstances should any resident enter the pool whilst dirty or soiled.
* Swimming pool is used entirely at the patrons risk.
* Top parking is for management or vehicles requiring added security only.
* All other vehicles are parked at the bottom parking area.
* Vehicles are to be parked respectably ensuring space for other vehicles.
