Nestled on the 11th floor of the building, one enjoys breath-taking 180 degrees sea views from both bedrooms and lounge. It overlooks the main Toti beach, it has private underground parking, and coin-operated laundromat on the top floor, communal swimming pool and barbecue area.
Enjoy long walks along the never-ending sandy beach or along the well-lit promenade. Bars, restaurants, gym, canoeing, tenpin bowling are all within walking distance. The parks, golf clubs, driving range, and game parks, are all within a short car drive. The building overlooks waterslides, Olympic size swimming pool and kiddies pool at Inyoni rocks where there is also productive line fishing.
The apartment is not serviced but a casual cleaner can be hired at extra cost via our resident agent. Bath and beach towels are not provided please bring your own.
