Description:
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults, 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
A sleeper couch is provided in the lounge for 2 small children, additional charges apply. Two of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the sea and en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, a lounge area with DStv, a sleeper couch, a dining room seating eight people and a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The penthouse has underfloor heating for those cosy winter days. ||Please note that parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10pm (22h00) till 6am (06h00) and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction.
An airport transfer to the property is available at an additional fee of R650 plus luggage costs if a trailer needs to be hired.
Late arrivals are allowed by prior arrangement only and subject to an additional fee of R400 if after 5pm. || Body Corporate Rules of The Empire building
1. Only 2 day-visitors are allowed to visit short-term guests concurrently. Visitors are not permitted after 9pm.
2. Noise regulations must be observed; no loud music and no slamming of doors.
3. No braaing will be allowed in any part of the building.
4. No trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked in Building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
5. Max no of guests: 1 bedroom: 2 adults | 2 bedrooms: 3 adults / 2 adults & 2 children | 3 bedrooms: 3 adults / 2 adults & 4 children.
6. Guests may not hang laundry/wetsuits/towels on patios/over hand railings.
7. Smoking is not permitted in building or its common areas.
8. Guests may not make use of the surfboard nor bicycle racks.
9. Guests are not permitted pets.
