4 Bedroom original beach family home. One of the last remaining original residences nestled in the quiet suburb of Llandudno. A stone's throw away from the sea. Your stay in this Old World charm family villa will make you feel right at home.
Situated in the second row of houses from the beach, the road is a cul-de-sac and it is within 100m of Llandudno private beach and a short 5 minute walk to the main beach.
The Main Bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower, toilet and basin, built in cupboards, Oak chest of drawers, Oregon pine dressing table and a TV. Double doors lead out onto a small courtyard/garden. Of the other three bedrooms, two have double beds and one has two three quarter beds. The cupboards and drawers are either Oak or Oregon pine in each of the bedrooms. A cot is also available. There is a separate shared bathroom and toilet with basin and Queen Victoria bath and shower.
The large open plan lounge/dining room, with an eight seater Oregon Pine Dining Table and comfortable couches and chairs, leads out onto the front wooden deck and garden with partial views of the sea. The deck is furnished with a ten seater table and chairs and comfortable day beds. The TV room has a fireplace, satellite decoder. There is also a small study with a desk, oak cupboard and ADSL with free uncapped Wi-Fi. The kitchen is newly renovated and consists of a Smeg gas stove, microwave / convection oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a Yellow Wood table and chairs. The kitchen leads out onto a wooden deck and tea lawn area.
This beautiful residence has sea and mountain views. Plus your own dedicated housekeeper is included 3 days a week, with Saturdays by arrangement (but excluding all public holidays). The large pool is at the back of the house and is surrounded by lush greenery. This area is childproofed. The Property is fully secured and secure parking is available for 4-5 cars.
Adjoining the Pool area and attached to the back of the house and with a separate entrance is a small flatlet with a double bed, kitchenette, shower and toilet. This is usually rented separately to an individual for most of the year.
