The Diaz Hotel & Resort welcomes you to the pristine seashore of Mossel Bay's renowned Diaz Beach, offering you a thrilling and entertaining holiday experience right in the heart of the picturesque and famous Garden Route. Diaz Hotel is the only hotel in Mossel Bay with full sea view rooms.
The Diaz Hotel is located only 50m from the high-water mark and offers spectacular ocean views from every window and balcony.
The Diaz Beach Hotel was named in honour of the famed Portuguese navigator, Bartolomeu Dias, who landed in Mossel Bay in 1488. Themed on the long and vivid history of the area, the Diaz Beach Hotel offers guests a comfortable home away from home, with luxurious suites, surrounded by the charm of heritage, with attentive and considerate service throughout your stay.
Our rooms are key card operated, non-smoking and are cleaned daily. Please note that not all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Wake-up calls can be arranged with reception. Each room has its own private sea-facing balcony with deck chairs and is equipped to provide you with luxurious comfort. Facilities include a coffee & tea tray, an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, twin basins and amenities, hair dryer, in-room, safe, international plugs and shaver sockets, mini lounge, mini-bar fridge, opening windows, telephone, TV with DSTV, and a writing desk. Our Presidential Suites include a double bed, second bedroom with two single beds and mini bar fridge.
The Diaz Beach Hotel offers free under-roof parking for all hotel guests. The outdoor rim-flow pool is reserved exclusively for the use of hotel guests. There are ample deck chairs available at the pool’s edge. For your comfort and pleasure the following communal facilities are available to all hotel guests:

* Room Service (7a.m. - 9:30p.m.).
* Laundry.

*** Please note that arrival time is 14:00 and departure time is 10:30. Should you require a late departure or early arrival, please notify us so that necessary arrangements can be made. An additional fee per hour will be charged for late departures.
*** Please note that full payment for December & January peak season reservations to be made 30 days prior to arrival and no early arrivals or late departures allowed.
